Chicken with Orange Balsamic Glaze
This is my first post about food, so go easy on me.
The chicken turned out great! However the glaze was not quite up to par so I reduced it some more, and I went a little to far and now it’s more like a BBQ sauce. It still tasted great and the Arugula was different from any type of green I have had, it was spicy of all things. Anyways here’s some pictures of the finished product and the wine I paired it with “Relax” Riesling.
